AURORA'S DELIGHT

A young girl (named Aurora) and her mother stopped by our booth at the Springfield Farmers Market, and after browsing our baked items she asked if we had peanut butter cookies with chocolate chips in them. I smiled at her and told her I had thought about it but haven’t made it yet. I promised I would make them and name the cookies after her. 
 
Aurora’s Delight is handmade with unbleached flour, all natural peanut butter and loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips--a delicious treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.
